About the College

Janata Mahavidyalaya offers education from Class XI to postgraduate level, including a recognized research center. The college has four faculties : Science, Arts, Commerce, and MCVC (for Junior College.) It is NAAC reaccredited with a 'B+ +' Grade and a CGPA of 2.95. The campus has spacious, separate buildings for each faculty, well-equiped sciencelaboratories,and a rich library. Located in Chandrapur, the college is easily accessible from the city and near by rural areas. It Promotes all-round evelopment through activities like NCC, NSS, cultural events, sports, and career guidance programs.The annua agazine "Mohor" nurturs students' literary interest. With experienced and dedicated staff, the college maintains discipline and academic consistency. Situated in an industrail district, it equips students with practical skills for industrial careers. Many of our alumni are successfully working in various industries, and we take pride in their achievements.
